After printing for the 150 Series ceased in late July or early August of 1909, subjects from print group 1 began being printed with 350 Series backs. These printings included 350 Series backs for Piedmont, Sweet Caporal, Sovereign (Forest Green) and the assorted brands El Principe De Gales and Old Mill (Base Ball Subjects.)

Thirteen subjects or variations from print group 1 that were printed during the 150 Series were discontinued prior to the 350 Series. Also, three subjects from this group (Brown, Dahlen and Elberfeld) had their team designations changed before or just after this series began. A total of 146 subjects from print group 1, including 144 subjects and two team changes, were printed with 350 Series backs.

During the first print runs for the 350 Series, the southern league group was printed with Old Mill (SL) and Piedmont 350 backs and included all 48 subjects from this group. At the conclusion of these 350 Series print runs, the southern league subjects were discontinued.

In early 1910, print group 1 was discontinued and production of print group 2 began. This print group added 200 new subjects to the set and completed the expansion to the advertised 350 subjects. This group was printed with 350 Series backs for American Beauty (Frame), Broad Leaf, Cycle, Drum, Piedmont, Sovereign (Forest Green) and Sweet Caporal, as well as the assorted brands Old Mill (BBS), El Principe De Gales, Tolstoi, Carolina Brights and Polar Bear.

Prior to the print run for the Polar Bear brand that included Ray Demmitt and Bill O'Hara, these two subjects had their team designations changed. These two team variations, combined with the original 200 subjects, bring the total to 202 cards printed with 350 Series backs from print group 2.

In June 1910, print runs for a combined marketing campaign for American Beauty (Frame), Broad Leaf, Cycle and Drum 350 took place. Included with 184 subjects from print group 2 were the six supplemental super prints. From this point for the remainder of the set's production, the super prints would be added to selected print runs with subjects from print groups 2, 3 or 4.

In the second half of 1910, print group 2 was discontinued and print group 3 began. It would seem logical that at this time, given that the 350 subjects number had been reached, that the next step would be to transition the set to the 460 Series. For reasons unknown, ATC did not introduce a full 110 new subjects, nor did it begin printing 460 Series backs at this time. Instead ATC began production of just 60 new subjects (print group 3) and printed them with 350 Series backs. ATC did make two design changes at this time to draw - a most likely intentional - clear distinction between the current and former print groups. The first change was to the color green used to print the Sovereign 350 back advertisements. Subjects from print groups 1 and 2 were printed with forest green Sovereign backs. Subjects from print group 3 were printed with apple green Sovereign backs. The second change was the removal of the decorative frame from the American Beauty back advertisements.

During the first print run of group 3 with Piedmont 350 back advertisements, Joe Doyle's team caption incorrectly read N.Y. Nat'l as Doyle played for the N.Y. Amer. Highlanders. This mistake was quickly caught and corrected by removing the "Nat'l" portion of the caption. The Doyle error variation is the rarest card in the T206 set, with only eight examples known, and considered a necessary variation to complete a 524-card set.

The 350 Series printings for group 3 subjects included Piedmont, Sweet Caporal, Sovereign (Apple Green), American Beauty (No Frame) and Drum back advertisements as well as the assorted brands Polar Bear, El Principe De Gales, Old Mill (BBS) and Tolstoi.

At the conclusion of the 350 Series in late 1910 or early 1911, print group 3 subjects were combined with print group 4 subjects to produce the 460 Series.
